This week I had the priviledge of witnessing the first meeting between one of our little boys and his adoptive parents. It has been so amazing to see how God has knit this new family together. The adoptive parents are Ecuadorian and since they live close, they have been able to spend lots of time here at the orphanage as well as a few outings. I've been able to help out by accompanying them on a couple activities- swimming in the pool here and shopping at a nearby mall. J has adapted very well and will spend these next few days at his new home and if all goes well, will have his official goodbye party later this week!
